It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
Star Room Nativities 2025
The Star Room children have already started their singing practice for the nativities. There will be two performances of the nativity on Wednesday 17th December. If your child does not normally attend nursery on a Wednesday, they will be allocated a morning or afternoon to join us for their nativity performance.
Tickets are £3 per person
Available to buy at the office (please bring cash!)
2 tickets maximum per family, per show
Morning performance starts at 10:00 and the afternoon performance starts at 2:30
Duration: 15-20 minutes approx.
We provide costumes, but please send your child into nursery wearing clothes that are easy to take on and off!
Donations welcome!
We are collecting for Penwortham Food Bank and TippyToes BabyBank in Lostock Hall.
Stamp Appeal
Ahead of Christmas card season, we wanted to remind you that we collect each year for The BCRT Stamp Appeal. Please save your stamped envelopes! We have a post box in the nursery entrance where you can post them.
Christmas Jumpers!
Instead of having one specific day for wearing Christmas jumpers, we are celebrating all month long. Throughout the month, the children are welcome to come in their Christmas jumpers or festive wear! Anything goes!
Opening hours
Please remember that we close early on Christmas Eve. Our doors close at 12:30 on Wednesday 24th December. We reopen at 07:45 on Friday 2nd January 2026.
