Once the pre-school children are happily settled into the Star Room, they are welcome to join yoga classes with our in-house teacher, Hannah. Practicing yoga from an early age brings a world of benefits, helping little ones grow in both body and mind:

- Encourages focus and self-discipline
- Strengthens flexibility, coordination, and balance
- Expands awareness of nature, animals, and the environment

In small groups of 6 to 8, each child receives their own mat and cosy blanket, creating a comforting environment to explore yoga’s many benefits in a way that’s both fun and gentle.
